Our restaurant is going through some exciting changes. At the start of November, we welcomed Philippa Sykes, our new dedicated Breakfast Chef to the Kitchen Team. We are pleased to announce that Ed Russell, our long-standing Chef, has now taken over the crown as Head Chef. Ed has already been busy creating a brand new dessert menu full of scrumptious delights! There are modern classics, such as the Night & Day Belgian Chocolate Brownie with Candied Banana & a Sphere of Clotted Cream, as well as new vegan options such as the Winter Berry & Bramley Apple Oaty Crumble with Cinnamon Sauce. If you aren’t tempted with sweet treats, you can opt for our Cheese Board, with local Somerset Cheeses, Quince Jelly, Frozen Grapes, Water Biscuits & Rookery Tomato Chutney… Delicious!
